Danish Export - Water Tech will follow up on the successes from the past six editions of WEFTEC and arrange the Pavilion of Denmark at the 2023 edition of WEFTEC - this time in Chicago. We have a strong cooperation with water technology alliance in the US, who is also participating in the event.
As an exhibitor at the Pavilion of Denmark at WEFTEC 2023, you will have:

Why should you and your company participate?
Danish companies within the water and wastewater sector, wishing to develop existing relations with the American water sector, or wishing to gain a foothold on the US water market, will take great benefit from participating. In collaboration with the Trade Counsil's Water Technology Alliance USA, we will organize a reception, B2B meetings and other events around the Pavilion of Denmark during the show days.
If there is sufficient interest among participating companies, it will be possible to:
- Organize meetings with relevant consultants and distributors from the greater Chicago area prior to the exhibition
- Attend a water workshop at the Water Counsil after the exhibition. The Water Counsil is inviting all participating companies from the Pavilion of Denmark to join water workshops at their Milwaukee, WI Headquarters

Imagine this: You arrive a few days prior to the show. When you finally get access to the exhibition halls and find your booth, you are met by a small square of raw concrete.
Not when exhibiting at Pavilion of Denmark.
Here, your booth is ready. Simply unpack your brochures, place them on the rack and welcome your customers. We even have hot coffee and snacks for you and your customers.
The exhibitor package includes

* "De minimis rules"
As from 1 January 2014, companies receiving export-promoting subsidies have to complete a business form in which they specify the subsidies received under the “de minimis” rules. This includes all subsidies received in your current financial year and the two previous years. According to the Trade Council rules, companies themselves are responsible for obtaining the information from all subsidy-administrators. As a service, the Danish Export Association can provide information on all subsidies received through us.

Collaboration with WTA US
Danish Export is collaborating closely with WTA US in organizing activities before, during, and after the exhibition. Before WEFTEC we will organize and host webinars with information and market intelligence, presentations by end users, reps, and engineers. We will work with a number of media channels to advertise Danish technologies that will be featured at the Pavilion of Denmark during the exhibit.
During the exhibit and conference, we will organize joint and collaborative receptions and B2B meetings at the Pavilion of Denmark. After the exhibit, we will work with participating companies for follow-up.
We also offer the opportunity to organize a dedicated online group focusing on getting ready for the US market. This will be at an extra cost.
