Water Valley Denmark is on a mission to double Danish exports of water technology products and services by 2030, and The Spring will provide a physical epicenter where the sector can work together to create the solutions of the future.

Behind Water Valley Denmark stands the Confederation of Danish Industry and companies such as Grundfos, Danfoss, Kamstrup, AVK, Systematic, Aarsleff, Rambøll, several SME companies, universities, utilities and companies within the water sector.

CLEAN is Denmark's environmental cluster, which connects companies, utilities, knowledge institutions, and the public sector with market-driven green innovation in Denmark and abroad.
We focus on the following sectors; water, climate adaptation, circular economy, biodiversity and air, where water is of very high importance and size.
With more than 280 members, primarily SME’s and startups, we know the landscape and actors to collaborate with regarding innovation.
Michael will talk about CLEAN, how we collaborate, and especially how startups, SME’s can benefit from CLEAN activities.
Furthermore, you will get the opportunity to hear about the overview of the Danish water companies, and which 25 water tech startups you should be following.

Many future solutions to today’s problems will be derived from university research. As one of the world’s most well renowned research institution, Aarhus University takes this responsibility very seriously. Through our work with technology transfer and researcher entrepreneurship, we aim to create an effective innovation pathway for the benefit of society.

In this talk, Jonas Brandt will give an insight into the thoughts behind Aarhus University’s innovation strategy. He will also lift the curtain on AU’s Entrepreneurship Hub, The Kitchen, where hundreds of students and researchers work to create startups based on their academic work.

INCUBA is a science park and a professional community for primarily research-driven startups, spinouts, scaleups and corporates within IT, cleantech and life science. In a mutual enriching environment with investors, mentors, researchers, students, and business development specialists, INCUBA offers networking and access to the most relevant collaboration partners. 175 startups and a head count of 1.800 entrepreneurs, investors, specialists, researchers, and employees illustrates INCUBA’s legacy of 30 years of community building, cooperation, and development. INCUBA focuses on the verticals of IT/Tech at Katrinebjerg, Clean tech with Navitas (incl. water tech) at the harbour front and life sciences at Skejby.

We offer access to startups, spinouts, and scaleups – and are always looking for new professionals to our mentor network to exchange experiences, ideas, and best practices. Startups with a scalable business model are offered access to a 12-month accelerator program within our verticals of IT/tech, cleantech (incl. water tech) and life science, which could be with you as a partner company. INCUBA StartupLab has helped more than 300 companies accelerate and with access to investors.
