Members of Marine network obtain 50 % discount on the coordination.

Sea Asia in numbers
The past editions of Sea Asia consistently welcomed in-person participation of close to 15,000 international participants from over 70 countries/ regions with more than 400 exhibitors.
Sea Asia is held at the Marine Bay Sand Expo Center.

Singapore is an important networking center within shipping. 130 global shipping companies are based in Singapore and the maritime sector continues to be a significant engine of growth for Singapore’s economy, making up 7% of the nation’s GDP and employing more than 170,000 people in various technical and commerce-related functions.
With more than 4,700 deep sea vessels, Singapore is ranking as no. 5 in the world. Singapore has also retained its position as the world’s second-busiest container port and the number one bunkering port (2020).
In March 2022, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore announced a new plan for a sustainable maritime industry. The plan is supported by DKK 1.5 billion.
Sea Asia is the leading maritime forum in Southeast Asia and here you can meet up with decision makers from shipping, ship management, bunkering, port authorities and more.

In cooperation with Norwegian Maritime Exporters we plan for joint networking events and to benefit from mutual experiences. We will have a common lounge area serving coffee, cold drinks and lunch to our exhibitors.

Service and project management by Danish Export
Before the show, we handle the coordination with the organiser of Sea Asia and the partner for stand construction to make sure to inform you of all practical information and deadlines.
The building and dismantling of stands, including interior (chairs, tables, electricity etc.) is being managed for you. Your booth is ready when you arrive as well as dismantled after the exhibition.
Team Danish Export - Marine is present during the show and ready to assist you.
In other words – you can concentrate on networking and maintaining good relations with your customers and partner.

DKK 6,280/sqm for turnkey stand package based on subsidy from The Trade Council.
Coordination DKK 4,995 per company.
Price without subsidy:
DKK 7.880/spm if your company is not eligible for subsidy.
Coordination DKK 9.990 per company. Members of Marine network acchieve 50 % discount in coordination.

Poster package is for companies without need of showcasing products, and fits primarily 1-2 persons attending the exhibition. The package gives you a base for meetings, profile in catalogue, onsite promotion and a place to invite customers to visit.
Poster package includes:
- 1 wall for your graphics AND print for 1 wall included
- Shared meeting table at a joint area and a brochure rack
- Registration in the official catalogue plus online promotion material

General terms of business
Susidy from The Trade Council of Denmark
This event is subsidised by The Trade Council. To participate with subsidy, your company must be eligible to receive subsidies based on the de-minimis-rules and regulations from the Trade Council. You apply for subsidy by submitting a business form (virksomhedsskema). We will send the form to you some weeks before the show. You are welcome to ask for more information if needed.
Force Majeure
In the event of a Force Majeure situation forcing organizer to postpone or cancel the event, your registration will apply to the new dates.

Price is excl. flights and lodging, printing of your graphics and transportation of own goods.
Prices are based on a minimum of 7 participating companies and subject to changes based on preliminary budget, changes in currency and potential subsidies from the Trade Council.

Mie er frontfigur for Marine- og Cruise & Ferry-netværkene. Med stor erfaring inden for eksport og rådgivning af virksomheder på både strategisk og praktisk niveau kan hun hjælpe dig videre, hvis du vil øge din virksomheds eksport.
Mie har boet og arbejdet i Hamborg, inden hun blev projektleder hos Dansk-Tysk Handelskammer. Der arbejdede hun i seks år, hvor hun fik erfaring med en lang række brancher – blandt andet transport og logistik. Derudover har Mie rådgivet virksomheder i forbindelse med licitationer i FN-regi.
