Pavilion of Denmark increases your visibility
You probably know the feeling of being lost in the crowd during an exhibition. We dare say that this will never be that case when you exhibit at Pavilion of Denmark.
Because:
- You get a prime location. We have long-lasting relations with the organizers and can prebook the best space
- More relevant visitors come by your booth. This long-lasting relationship also mean that the exhibition organizer often visits our pavilion with delegates, entire delegations or large customers
- You benefit from a large network. Both the network of our representative, which is present during the exhibition and the network of your Danish co-exhibitors. This means that as well as meeting visitors coming by your booth, you also get introduced to potential customers and partners. Often at a level that would normally be hard to access.
Let us handle practicalities, so you can focus on your customers
Before the show, we handle contact with the organizer of Euronaval and inform you of all practical information such as deadlines, parking facilities, which busses to take from the city to the venue, and we send you the papers that you must fill.
We make sure that your booth is ready when you arrive as well as dismantled after the exhibition. At least one representative from Danish Export is present during the entire show. We have coffee, snacks and drinks for you and your guests, and if you have questions we have or will find the answer for you.
In other words – you can concentrate on networking and maintaining good relations with your customers and partners.
