At IMDEX Asia, you can expect to meet national sea and coast guards and their technical experts and buyers from the governments fleet programs. Furthermore, IMDEX Asia hosts a long range of official delegations with high ranking defence representatives that are easier to reach than normally and have time to make deals.
The exhibition has existed since 1997 and is an established exhibition, with many visitors.
In 2019, there were more than 11,000 visitors from 62 countries.

IMDEX Asia hosts more than 650 delegation meetings. We will work on directing these delegation towards Pavilion of Denmark to ensure that you get a chance to talk to relevant customers.

This event is subsidised by The Trade Council and BREXIT Funds from the European Union. To participate with subsidy, your company must be eligible to receive subsidies based on the de-minimis-rules and regulations from the Trade Council.
The de minimis-enactment means that a company can receive public subsidies of maximum EUR 200,000 within a period of three financial years. To receive subsidies, companies must be registered with a Danish VAT-number and complete a business form.

The trip is based on a minimum of 7 participating companies.The Package
Our poster package is for companies without need of showcasing products. It fits 1-2 persons attending the exhibition. The package gives you a base for meetings, profile in catalogue, onsite promotion, and a place to invite customers to visit.
Poster package includes:
- One wall for your graphics AND print for 1 wall
- Meeting table at a joint area
- Brochure rack
- Registration in the official catalogue plus online promotion material
- Exhibitor badges based on the assigned numbers from organizer
