  • Taha Suria

    Taha Suria, Alfa Laval

    Taha Suria is responsible for Alfa Laval’s Water and Waste Water decanter centrifuge business globally. Key focus is to leverage a regional approach to drive the implementation of Alfa Laval’s strategy & product launches from Alfa Laval’s Business Unit Decanters in Søborg, Denmark. Taha has been employed with Alfa Laval for 10 years in a variety of roles in Canada, US and Denmark.

    Ulrik Raabjerg Søndergaard, State of Green

    Ulrik Raabjerg Søndergaard, Head of Communications, State of Green. State of Green’s communication activities cover various platforms, channels and initiatives, including market-focused social media campaigns. State of Green is a not-for-profit, public-private partnership that facilitates relations between international stakeholders and Danish players working with green solutions and know-how in energy, water, cities and circular economy.

    Trine López Kosack, Consulate General in Hamburg

    Trine is a commercial advisor at the Consulate General of Denmark in Hamburg. Her main focus is supporting Danish companies within Waste Water and Waste & Recycling with their market activities in DACH. She is working closely with German and Danish stakeholders matching their technologies and needs. Trine has a cand.ling.merc in German and intercultural market studies from CBS, where she specialized in Danish and German corporation with a commercial point of view.

  • 06 Jan Petersen

    Jan Petersen, Consulate General in Hamburg

    Jan Petersen comes from a technical background as Utility Manager at Arla Foods Dairy facility in Krusaa. Since 1993, Jan has been working within dairy production at Arla Foods in Krusaa and for the past 15 years, Jan has been Chief Operator of wastewater purification and the heating and cooling facilities. Jan joined the Consulate General in Hamburg to be a part of the Water Technology Alliance and Sustainable Industries Advisory. Jan is a technical specialist in wastewater, energy efficiency and project management. Other than technical capabilities, Jan speaks fluent German.

    Søren Schou, AquaReg ApS

    Søren Schou has recently started the company AquaReg, which helps water companies make their commercial strategy more data-driven so that they can sell their solutions to those who need them most. In his presentation, Søren will focus on how to identify the customers that can derive the most value from a solution – with a particular focus on the American market. Søren has a background as a strategy consultant for Accenture Strategy and Monitor Deloitte, and in the past few years has helped 50+ SMEs find business opportunities in sustainability challenges.
