The focus of this conference is to boost the interaction between the food producers and the suppliers within the food industries of e.g., dairy, meat, brewery, confectionery, fish as well as bread, etc. on topics as sustainable, healthy food, plant-based food, the green transition when it comes to reducing, reusing, and recycling, digitalization and automation, etc.
