The digital platform is easy to use, it is very interactive and you can:

  • Live chat (1:1) with your guests 
  • Have video meetings (1:1)
  • Group meetings via video (like a Teams meeting)
  • Offer product demos and presentations (prerecorded, but live questions from guests)
  • Present your catalogues, white papers, product videos, contact info, etc. 
  • A joint welcome area, will show you who is online / visiting the event – at any time you can invite those online guests to chat /video meet with you and download their contact info.
  • After the event you will receive useful data – who downloaded your material, who clicked on your videos etc.

How to attract the right guests for the event?

  • We invite your target customers and create a virtual showroom for them to engage with you.
  • All participating companies will contribute to the guest list and share invites.
  • Joint marketing material will be elaborated
  • The event is promoted directly to the target group, at LinkedIn and other relevant media.

Participation is easy

  • We guide you on how to present your solutions the best possible way
  • You can expect a max 15 min. of practical training on how to use the platform (chats, video meetings, general functionality, etc.).
  • Access the event by browser – no downloads of software needed for you and guests.
  • Our partner Standesign A/S will handle all technical set-up of platform, trainings and technical service during the event.
