Why RWM?

RWM & Lets recycle is the largest fair in Britain focusing on waste management, resource, recycling and sustainability. More than half of the visitors attend RWM specifically to meet exhibitors and 85% of the visitors are decision makers in their company. International businesses, local british authorities and representatives from the waste sector visit the fair.

In 2022, over 9000 visitors gathered to witness industry innovation and hear updates from more than 200 experts. The exhibition spans four halls and a large outdoor area for equipment vechicles.

Join the Pavilion of Denmark

Danish Export – Energy is arranging a Danish pavilion, where you can exhibit alongside other Danish frontrunners within bioenergy. Exhibiting with us, you benefit from the strong Danish brand within green energy and you can network with both customers and other Danish professionals with the same focus as you.

Standesign A/S
We aim for a high-level exclusive experience when entering Pavilion of Denmark. Therefore, Danish Export has partnered up with Standesign A/S and their team of specialized Danish project consultants at this year's exhibition. We handle all coordination with organizer to make sure you receive the best pavilion design possible.

In other words - you can concentrate on preparing meetings with customers and partners during the show days while we handle the rest.

Central booth

A good placement is key to a successful exhibition. You want a steady flow of traffic going by your booth. Being part of the common branding at Pavilion of Denmark makes you, your company and your products more visible to visitors.

We have secured a good spot in the heavily traficked area "Recycling and reprocessing", which normally is the most visited area at the fair.

Exhibition stand

DKK 2,880/sqm for turnkey stand package (without subsidy DKK 4,100/sqm.)
Coordination fee DKK 4.995 per company.

• Stand sign
• Carpet
• Inclusion in the exhibitor list
• Company profile in common marketing material
• Coffee, Tea, snacks and lunch

This event is subsidised by The Trade Council and BREXIT Funds from the European Union. To participate with subsidy, your company must be eligible to receive subsidies based on the de-minimis-rules and regulations from the Trade Council.

The de minimis-enactment means that a company can receive public subsidies of maximum EUR 200,000 within a period of three financial years. To receive subsidies, companies must be registered with a Danish VAT-number and complete a business form.
