Masterclass 2021 - Entering the German Water and wastewater market

The Trade Council of Denmark in Germany is intensifying the focus on commercial opportunities for SMEs within water technology in Germany. To this end, we are kicking off a new Masterclass initiative in the fall/winter of 2021.

The Masterclass Program is supported by public funds, which means the workshop can be attended free of charge. However, it is required that participating companies submit various forms from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to gain access.
Further information around the registration process is to be provided by the Trade Council of Denmark, Royal Consulate General in Hamburg.

What is the masterclass program?

The Masterclass program, as a strategic approach to your company’s market opportunities in Germany, will allow local assessment of your business model and its readiness for the German water market.

The program will give you access to specialized local advisors, help specify your commercial approach to the German market, and give way to developing a strong go to market plan.

Your engagement

The program consists of three workshops, where you will work with the ”Business Model Canvas" tool based on your company's current business model, current market activities in all existing markets and all experiences your company has gained in relation to business model elements.

The Masterclass program will take place in both Denmark and Germany. The first workshop is set to start in end of November. Please refer to the workshop overview for further details.

Following the completion of the three workshops, it will be possible for The Trade Council in Germany to help set up a tailor made market visit to Germany for you based on feedback from the Masterclass workshops. This market visit will be fee based and the specifics will be discussed.
