We are applying for grants from the Trade Council of Denmark and the participation price will be based on whether we receive co-funding.
We invite you to participate in a unique market visit with approximately 15 leading representatives from the U.S. hospital and care sector, who will visit Denmark from 6 – 8 May 2025. This initiative offers Danish suppliers of innovative healthcare solutions a rare opportunity to present their products and expertise directly to decision-makers from some of the most influential private hospitals, university hospitals, care facilities, and clinics in the U.S.
The visit provides Danish participants with the opportunity to:
- 1:1 dialogue with Key Opinion Leaders from the U.S. health and care sector.
- Present your solutions and technologies to decision-makers with purchasing power and budget authority.
- Access knowledge about upcoming investments and equipment needs at the participating facilities.
- Increase export potential to the U.S. market and generate concrete inquiries.
Who Should Participate?
This visit is relevant for Danish companies that supply healthcare technologies or products and are interested in and capable of exporting to the U.S. The American visitors are seeking innovative solutions to address their challenges with staffing, costs, and technology, making this an excellent opportunity for Danish suppliers to present their solutions.

Program Overview
The market visit will span 2-3 days in and around Aarhus and will include:
- Presentations on Danish healthcare innovation by leading experts in the field.
- Presentations and workshops featuring solutions from Danish companies aiming to expands exports to the U.S.
- Visits to selected Danish healthcare institutions.
- Networking events and a shared dinner.
By participating, you will have the chance to demonstrate your company’s solutions at a central location and engage in close dialogue with the American guests. The focus areas will include innovation, sustainability, and efficient healthcare solutions, which are essential to the U.S. market.
