BrauBeviale – the trade fair for the process chain of beverage production

The BrauBeviale in Nuremberg is one of the world's leading capital equipment trade exhibitions. Here, tradition and long-standing experience meet new ideas and the latest trends – at a regional and a global level.     DKK 8.850,-/sqm plus coordination fee DKK 5.500 per company. Min. 9 sqm.

    With or without subsidy, the turnkey package includes:
    • Exhibition stand based on pavilion layout and design 
    • Building and dismantling of a turnkey stand (excluding prints/graphics for walls)
    • Carpet, meeting table and chairs, brochure rack
    • Lights, power consumption and 1 outlet on your area
    • Cleaning during the exhibition days
    • Registration in the official catalogue and online promotion material
    • Company profiling in shared marketing material for the Pavilion of Denmark
    • Exhibitor badges based on the assigned numbers from organizer
    • Side-events for the Pavilion of Denmark exhibitors (e.g. reception, matchmaking or other networking events)

    For companies without need of showcasing products, and fits primarily 1-2 persons attending the exhibition. The package gives you a base for meetings, profile in catalogue, onsite promotion and a place to invite customers to visit.

    With or without subsidy, the poster package includes  
    • 1 wall for your graphics AND print for 1 wall included
    • Shared meeting table at a joint area and a brochure rack
    • Registration in the official catalogue plus online promotion material
    • Exhibitor badges based on the assigned numbers from organizer
    • Included in shared marketing material for the Pavilion of Denmark
    • Side-events for the Pavilion of Denmark exhibitors (e.g. reception, matchmaking or other networking events)

    Note! If you need space for TV, podium, showcasing products or for more colleagues attending your booth, please book a turnkey package of minimum 9 sqm instead.

Skip the hassle: Here’s what we do

Before
We handle contact with the organiser of Anuga FoodTec and inform you of all practical information such as deadlines, parking facilities, which busses to take from the city to the venue, and we send you the papers that you must fill.

During
We make sure that your booth is ready when you arrive as well as dismantled after the exhibition. At least one representative from Danish Export is present during the entire show. We have coffee, snacks and drinks for you and your guests, and if you have questions we have or will find the answer for you.

In other words – you can concentrate on networking and maintaining good relations with your customers and partner.

This event is subsidised by The Trade Council. To participate with subsidy, your company must be eligible to receive subsidies based on the de-minimis-rules and regulations from the Trade Council.

The de minimis-enactment means that a company can receive public subsidies of maximum EUR 300,000 within a period of three calendar years. To receive subsidies, companies must be registered with a Danish VAT-number and complete a business form.

    Lixia, der kommer fra Kina, er med på holdet bag Water China. Hun har arbejdet med danske virksomheder i Kina i mere end 12 år, og vil du sælge mere eller etablere din virksomhed i Kina, kan Lixia hjælpe dig på vej.

    Lixia har blandt andet erfaring fra AVK, hvor hun har arbejdet i syv år. Først i AVK Shanghai som marketingchef og senere i AVK Holding i Galten. Hun kan derfor rådgive om strategisk markedsføring i Kina fx digitale platforme som WeChat.

    Lixia har en Global Executive MBA fra CBS.
