Bari-Ship is the most important maritime event in West Japan

Bari-Ship exhibition and conference is held in the city of Imabari, home to the largest cluster of maritime-related industries in Japan. The city’s importance in this sector cannot be overstated - shipbuilding companies headquartered in Imabari account for one-third of all commercial tonnage built in Japan each year, while its shipowners control one-third of Japan’s ocean-going fleet.

It is home to numerous shipowners, shipbuilders, marine equipment makers, marine finance, and support service companies. It accounts for the largest volume of ship building in Japan, and Imabari-based ship owners own 35% Japan’ s ocean going fleet.

Turnkey package

Price with subsidy:

DKK 6,680/sqm for turnkey stand package based on subsidy from The Trade Council. 
Coordination DKK 4,995 per company. 

Price without subsidy:

DKK 7,880/spm if your company is not eligible for subsidy. 
Coordination DKK 9.990 per company. Members of Marine network acchieve 50 % discount in coordination.

Turnkey package includes:        

• Exhibition stand based on pavilion layout and design
• Building and dismantling of stand
• Walls for your individual graphics (prints not included)
• Carpet, meeting table and chairs, brochure rack
• Lights, power consumption and 1 outlet on your area
• Internet (basic connection to check emails)
• Cleaning
• Registration in the official catalogue plus online promotion material
• Exhibitor badges based on the assigned numbers from organizer
• Included in shared marketing material for the Pavilion of Denmark
• Side-events for the Pavilion of Denmark exhibitors (e.g. reception, matchmaking or other networking events)

Poster package - be part of a shared meeting area without showcasing physical products

Price with subsidy:

DKK 24,980 for members of the Marine network
- incl. coordination and print for 1 exhibition wall

Price without subsidy:

DKK 28,680 for members of the Marine network
- incl. coordination and print for 1 exhibition wall

DKK 36,580 for non-members of the Marine network 
- incl. coordination and print for 1 exhibition wall

Poster package is for companies without need of showcasing products, and fits 1-2 persons attending the exhibition. The package gives you a base for meetings, profile in catalogue, onsite promotion and a place to invite customers to visit.

Poster package includes:    

• 1 wall for your graphics AND print for 1 wall included
• Shared meeting table at a joint area and a brochure rack
• Registration in the official catalogue plus online promotion material
• Exhibitor badges based on the assigned numbers from organiser
• Included in shared marketing material for the Pavilion of Denmark

Please note: If you need space for TV, podium, showcasing products or for more colleagues attending your booth, please book a Turnkey package of minimum 6 sqm instead.

General terms of business

Susidy from The Trade Council of Denmark 

This event is subsidised by The Trade Council. To participate with subsidy, your company must be eligible to receive subsidies based on the de-minimis-rules and regulations from the Trade Council. You apply for subsidy by submitting a business form (virksomhedsskema). We will send the form to you some weeks before the show. You are welcome to ask for more information if needed.

Force Majeure

In the event of a Force Majeure situation forcing organizer to postpone or cancel the event, your registration will apply to the new dates.

Price is excl. flights and lodging, printing of your graphics and transportation of own goods.

Prices are based on a minimum of 7 participating companies and subject to changes based on preliminary budget, changes in currency and potential subsidies from the Trade Council.
